First of all I want to say thank you sooo much for checking out my blog. I’ve never done anything like this before but I’m starting an Etsy business (which I’ve also never done before lol) called Jones + Jewels! I’m hoping this will be a way for me to get out there a little more and introduce my little brand to the world!
My name is Thaise Jones, no one can ever pronounce that, so I usually go by Ty! I’m 19 years old, and last September I married my best friend. His name is Elijah and we’ve been together almost 2 years. I’m also in school right now, working my way to becoming a dental assistant! As of now though Im a nanny, which is the best job in the world. I’m not cut out for a super professional boring job. I need something that is interesting and keeps me on my toes, and being a nanny definitely does that! Im still settling into married life which can be super crazy because ive obviously never been a wife before. I have A LOT going on in my life right now and I think blogging will help me to focus more on the good things I have going on, than the bad. Because lets be honest, everyone has some rough things going on right now.
Jones + Jewels will be a really big part of this blog, as well as products that I love, maybe some recipes and probably a little fashion blogging. I’m sure a lot of you guys are a lot like me, very busy, just trying to make a living and still make time to do something you like, so if you guys ever have suggestions on something you want me to blog about feel free to let me know! My goal right now is to update once or twice a week, soon I will work out a schedule and let you guys know exactly when I plan to update regularly! I see a lot of really cute blogs which have really inspired me to create this one, and I hope that it might inspire some of you guys!!
